
Dr. Scott F. Kenward, a 1980 graduate of the University of Florida College of Dentistry, is pleased and proud to practice Cosmetic & Family Dentistry in his hometown of Pinecrest, Florida. A third-generation dentist, the Kenward family has provided continuous service to South Florida dental patients for over 60 years.
A graduate of Palmetto High and the University of Florida, Dr. Kenward has studied at the prestigious Pankey Institute for Advanced Dental Education and the Northwestern University Center for Dental Implantology. He was inducted into the International College of Dentists in 1988, and is an active member of the American Dental Association and the South Florida District Dental Association.
A member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and an attendee of the Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies (LVI), Dr. Kenward is a South Florida pioneer in the use of advanced bonding systems and Porcelain Veneers. He is a founding director of the Pinecrest Center for Cosmetic & Family Dentistry.
Dr. Kenward has written a series of articles on preventive and cosmetic dentistry for the general public, published in the Pinecrest Tribune. He enjoys speaking to young elementary and pre-school students about their teeth and how to keep them healthy for life.
After hours, Dr. Kenward sings and plays lead guitar for the rock and roll cover band, The Members. He is ordained as an elder at Pinecrest Presbyterian Church and has also volunteered as a reader for Recording for the Blind & Dyslexic. Dr. Kenward has written a series of articles on South Florida history for the Pinecrest Tribune, which may be read here. His scholarly article, Kendall and Pinecrest, was published in Tequesta, The Journal of HistoryMiami in 2011. He lives in Pinecrest with his wife, Dr. Debra Kenward (gynecology).
